Lift & Lead is a 6-week virtual coaching program that equips your hospitality supervisors and new managers to build stronger relationships with their teams, create memorable experiences for your guests, and lead with the confidence to achieve big things.

Meet Jamie Kizer

Jamie Kizer is the founder of Lifting Leaders Group and an executive coach, organizational development strategist, and keynote speaker with more than two decades of experience across hospitality, higher education, business, and nonprofit sectors.


She built this practice out of a simple conviction: leadership is not a title — it's a mindset. And when leaders understand themselves, everything around them changes.

Jamie has spent her career partnering with the kind of leaders who want to do it differently — with empathy, clarity, and courage — and building the workplaces people don't want to leave.


Lift & Lead is her answer to what she's seen again and again on the ground in hospitality: talented people promoted into leadership without the support they deserve. This program is built to change that.

Participants commit to one live 90-minute cohort session per week, plus roughly 1–2 hours of reflection and application between sessions.


Fully live and cohort-based. The relationships participants build with their peers are part of what makes it work.

A program overview for your records, a completion acknowledgment for each participant, and a debrief conversation with Jamie at the end of the cohort.
