Founded by Jamie Kizer, a visionary leader, executive coach, and organizational development strategist with over two decades of experience spanning higher education, business, government, and nonprofit sectors.
Jamie built this practice out of a deep conviction that leadership is not a title — it’s a mindset. Throughout her career, she witnessed how unhealthy leadership and toxic cultures can erode trust, stifle creativity, and harm wellbeing. She also saw how compassionate, self-aware leaders can completely transform an organization’s spirit.
That contrast became her mission.
